Owner, Barber & Educator
Liam
Liam's barbering journey began before his military career and continued throughout his 21 years in the Coldstream Guards, where he regularly cut hair. After leaving the Army he turned that experience into a full-time career and opened Hamilton's in Redruth in 2014.
He provides precision cuts, fades, beard work, traditional hot-towel shaves and private, confidential hair-system consultations.
Liam has taught barbering at colleges, in barbershops and across the UK, and was selected for The Bluebeards Revenge Training Team as its South West educator. He founded Armour to Barber to help former Armed Forces personnel build careers in barbering, and is a director of Veterans Regroup.

Barber
Callum
Callum has more than 10 years in barbering and trained at the London School of Barbering.
After moving from London to Cornwall he first discovered Hamilton's as a client, and later joined the team. He loves creativity, individuality and bringing a different idea to life for each client.
Outside the shop
A family man with two children, he enjoys golf, football, Pokémon cards, cars and motorbikes.
Barber
Tyler
Tyler has three years of barbering experience. Before barbering he completed two years of a carpentry apprenticeship, but barbering had always been in the back of his mind, so he completed his Barbering Course at Cornwall College.
He values Hamilton's stability, booking system, atmosphere and creative freedom.

Outside the shop
He spends time with his two children and enjoys cars, the gym and football.
Barber
Louis
Louis has two years of barbering experience. He studied Sport Science at college with the original plan of becoming a personal trainer, then followed his passion for barbering and completed his Barbering Course at Cornwall College.
He was drawn to Hamilton's by its atmosphere, people, reputation and friendly team, and particularly enjoys the social side of barbering and meeting clients.

He enjoys the gym, football and days out.
Behind the Scenes
Sophie
Sophie has been part of Hamilton's since it opened in 2014. She completed a barbering apprenticeship and now plays an important role behind the scenes, helping the shop run smoothly and supporting the client experience.
She loves talking to clients and seeing how a great haircut can improve confidence.
Outside the shop
She enjoys films, family and friends, and animals.
Behind the Scenes
Sara
Sara has been part of Hamilton's since her husband Liam opened the shop in 2014. She looks after phone calls, messages and appointment bookings, and is often the friendly voice clients speak to.
She has supported the business throughout its growth.
Outside the shop
She enjoys running and spending time with her dogs, Bella and Biscuit.
