Consultation and patch test are free and private.

- The individual cardholder must personally present either a valid MOD Form 90 (Service ID Card) or an official HM Armed Forces Veteran Card. In addition, as a matter of Hamilton's own shop policy, we also accept a valid Defence Discount Service card.

- The discount is for the individual serving person or veteran only. It does not extend to family members, dependants, companion cards or somebody using another person's card.
